Name Reminder is an application (the "App") that allows users to create groups, add contacts, and enter details about the contacts. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the App.

Given the functionality of Name Reminder, we do not collect or store any personal data from you. All information entered in the App by the user is stored locally in CoreData on your device. We do not have access to any of this information.

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data).

 

3. HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

As mentioned above, we do not collect personal data from our users. All data inputted into the App is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.

 

4. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We do not have access to, nor do we use, any personal data entered into the App.

 

5. DATA SECURITY

All the data inputted into Name Reminder is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data. Therefore, you control your data's security. We recommend you take appropriate measures to secure your device and protect it from unauthorized access.

 

6. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data including the right to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and the right to make a complaint at any time to your local data protection authority. We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach your local data protection authority so please contact us in the first instance.

As we do not collect or process personal data through the App, exercising these rights with us may not be applicable.
